THE WAY is a specialized meditation training program designed to lead individuals towards the profound peace, love, insight, and awakening that meditation can offer. It provides a distinctive, clear, and all-encompassing pathway overseen by authorized Zen Master Henry Shukman.

With THE WAY, participants will:
<ul>
<li>Follow a structured progression through all crucial aspects of a deep and rewarding meditation practice, eliminating the stress of decision-making over which meditation techniques to pursue.</li>
<li>Embark on a proven journey of meditation that facilitates genuine transformation and inner well-being. This path enables individuals to awaken to the true essence of their minds, selves, and connections to the world, delving into Zen koans, non-dual awareness, and other awakening practices.</li>
<li>Receive guidance from an authorized Zen Master with over 35 years of meditation experience. Learn from Henry Shukman’s innovative blend of modern mindfulness, Jhana practice, and Sanbo Zen teaching methodologies.</li>
</ul>

HENRY SHUKMAN imparts mindfulness and awakening practices to students from diverse backgrounds and traditions. As an authorized Zen Master in the Sanbo Zen lineage and the Spiritual Director of Mountain Cloud Zen Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Henry’s early life challenges and transformative awakening at 19 catalyzed his development of a holistic approach to meditation.

Throughout the journey on THE WAY, individuals can acquire the skills to:

<li>Calm their nervous systems, reduce daily stress levels, and eventually release accumulated trauma.</li>
<li>Unearth newfound sources of support and gratitude in their lives.</li>
<li>Experience states of flow and absorption during meditation.</li>
<li>Receive glimpses into awakening – offering insights into one’s true nature and an understanding of non-duality that leads to profound freedom and joy.</li>

SUBSCRIPTION AND SCHOLARSHIPS

THE WAY is available for free download to explore its pathways. Subscription management can be handled through Apple account settings with charges applied to the user’s Apple account. For those unable to afford the subscription fee, potential participants are encouraged to reach out for access to THE WAY through the scholarship program.
